It was determined on a ChoralTalk thread that the word "commandments" is overly authoritative and presumes that the user of the term is equating him/herself with God.
I believe the 11th commandment is: Thou shalt never use the word "commandments" - especially in a cute or humorous way with one's choral or handbell ensemble.
