A language problem

My local Catholic diocese published a full-page ad in the newspaper announcing all the upcoming Christmas Eve services at various Catholic churches in the area. In table format, it identifies the time and the language of each service. The languages vary from Korean to Portuguese to "Indian" (I suppose that means Hindi) to more common ones such as Spanish and Italian (no French, though).

One church identifies the language as "Gregorian". I wonder what country that comes from?

P.S. I'm thrilled that they're announcing Gregorian chant services, in line with the Pope's latest decrees, but somebody in the diocese office needs a refresher course. Think the service is in Latin?
